1. What are your rates?

Our standard rates are as follows:

Entrance Fee: ₱100 per person
Court Rental: ₱600 per hour, per court

All applicable fees must be settled prior to court use.

2. What are your operating hours?

The facility operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to accommodate your scheduling needs.

3. How many courts are available?

We offer six professional-grade pickleball courts.

4. Is parking available on-site?

Yes, limited parking is available within the vicinity of the facility.

Six (6) on-site parking slots are provided
Additional street-side parking may be utilized, subject to availability
A parking attendant is available to assist guests as needed

5. What are your modes of payment?

We accept payments via Cash, GCash and Bank Transfer only. Payments must be uploaded through our official website only.

6. What facilities and amenities are available?

For your comfort and convenience, the facility is equipped with:

Fully air-conditioned restrooms
A private lounge area
An air-conditioned café
Complimentary Wi-Fi
24/7 CCTV surveillance for enhanced security

7. How may I reserve a court?

Court reservations may be completed through our official website: www.thedinkloft.com

Reservation Procedure:

Select your preferred date, time, and court
Indicate the number of players and corresponding entrance fees
Complete the required online payment
Upload proof of payment to finalize and confirm your booking

Please ensure that all reservation details are accurate to avoid any delays or issues upon arrival

8. Do you accept walk-in guests?

Yes, walk-in guests are welcome. However, admission and court usage are strictly subject to real-time court availability.

To ensure guaranteed access, advance reservations are strongly recommended.

9. What is your cancellation policy?

All court reservations are considered final and are strictly non-refundable once confirmed. Requests for cancellations, refunds, or modifications will not be accommodated, except in cases of force majeure (including, but not limited to, natural disasters, severe weather conditions, government-mandated closures, or other events beyond reasonable control). In such instances, any consideration for rescheduling or credit shall be subject to management’s sole discretion and evaluation. Guests are strongly advised to review their booking details carefully prior to confirming their reservation.

10. Do you provide paddle and ball rentals?

Yes, we offer paddle rentals for guest convenience. Pickleballs (balls) are also available for use within the facility. Rental availability may be subject to stock on a first-come, first-served basis.

11. Do you have a smoking area?

Yes, a designated smoking area is available within the facility. Only vaping and e-cigarette use are allowed in this area.

Traditional cigarettes are strictly prohibited throughout the entire premises.

12. Can we host birthday parties or club celebrations at The Dink Loft?

Yes, private events such as birthday parties, club gatherings, and other celebrations are welcome at The Dink Loft. Guests may rent our Private Lounge in combination with their preferred number of courts, subject to availability.

For bookings and event arrangements, we recommend coordinating in advance with our team to ensure proper accommodation of your requirements.

13. Can guests bring outside food and drinks?

Yes, guests may bring food and beverages from outside establishments. These may be consumed in the designated waiting areas only.

However, outside food and drinks are strictly not permitted inside The Dink Loft Cafe. We kindly request that all guests dispose of their waste properly and help maintain the cleanliness of the facility at all times.
